Do I need an account to make purchases?

Yes, you need to register for an account to kickstart your first purchase with us. This facilitates subsequent purchases, and helps you track order status.

How do I make an order?

Click into your desired item, and then input the quantity. Each item has a 30 minutes reservation period, do complete your order as soon as possible. When you are ready, click Add to cart. Once you have finished shopping, click View cart and then Proceed to checkout. Next, key in your delivery address & details then select your payment method.

Will an item be restocked?

We do our best to bring back popular designs. You may wish to use Notify me when available, leaving down your e-mail address to get first dibs when the item is re-stocked.

How do I make payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

How do I use my Discount Code?

At the Checkout page, key in your coupon code, and click Apply code.

Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes.

Can I amend or cancel after I have confirmed my order?

Sorry, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Gift Cards.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift Cards are available for purchase!

Is there an expiry date for the gift cards?

Each Gift Card carries a one year validity, and is non-refundable and exchangeable. If not redeemed within this timeframe, its value will be forfeit.

Additionally, please note that Gift Cards are to be redeemed within a single transaction only.

Can I change the details after submitting my order for Gift Cards?

Sorry, we won’t be able to make any amendments after an order has been confirmed.
